NdFeB magnets, known as the strongest commercially available permanent magnets, are produced through a highly controlled and advanced manufacturing process using premium-grade raw materials.

The process begins with carefully selected neodymium, iron, and boron. Elements such as dysprosium or praseodymium are added when required to enhance thermal stability and magnetic performance.

The material is then pressed into molds under a magnetic field, sintered for density, precisely machined, magnetized, and coated to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
